How do I get from Union Station in Washington DC to Baltimore's Inner Harbor on a weekend without driving, since the Marc train doesn't operate on weekends?

Amtrak runs seven days a week. It costs more than MARC, but on weekends it's the only option. On the positive side, it's quite a bit quicker than MARC, as it makes far fewer stops. Once you arrive at Baltimore's Penn Station, you can get on the light rail to take you to the Inner Harbor area.
